The Event

From an idea by All Star Agency and with the organizational support of the Master THEM students from BeAcademy, a charity event for meeting and networking between planners and suppliers of the Meeting Industry organized by MPI Italia, which has been held in Venice for 12 years in conjunction with the Venice International Film Festival.

For this year's edition, the event was divided into two special appointments: the first date was held in Venice on September 4, while the second will take place in Rome on October 23, following the theme of Cinema. The Roman event, like the one in Venice, will take place during the nights of the Rome Film Festival, thus expanding the scope and networking opportunities of the initiative.

Every year the MPI Italia Chapter supports a cause for which donations are collected thanks to an engaging charity auction involving suppliers and planners.
This year MPI will once again support the Meeting Industry, donating part of the proceeds from the donations to the MPI Foundation, the foundation that provides grants to deserving students and young people as well as supporting innovative projects developed by chapters worldwide.

The event enjoys the Main Partnerships of the Convention Bureaus Venezia Unica and Roma e Lazio.

Attendance at the evening is by invitation only.
